Grass-Fed Beef

Bulk Beef-

 Cost is $3.50/lb hanging weight plus processing of the steer which is paid to the meat locker. The price is based off of the hanging weight of the steer which can vary from steer to steer and if you buy a 1/4, 1/2 or Whole steer. The average ¼ beef, that we produce, gives 140-150 pounds hanging weight, at $3.50/lb the average total would be between $490-$525 plus the processing fee to the butcher. Your take home meat from the butcher is typically about 60% of the hanging weight for that individual steer. Your processing price will vary depending on the different packaging and cuts you request but is normally between $60 and $80 for a ¼ beef. Individual Cuts-

Occasionally we fill our freezer with individual cuts to sell from our farm. Everything below is what we try to keep available year round but we do run out, so please contact us for availability.

Prices are as follows:

  • Ground Beef– $7/lb in 1 pound packages
  • T-bones Steaks– $14/lb
  • Sirloin Steaks– $14/lb
  • Rib Eye Steaks– $17/lb
  • Round Steaks– $7/lb
  • Rump Roasts– $8/lb

  • Short Ribs– $4/lb
  • Liver, Oxtail & Heart– $5/lb

Pasture Raised Chickens

We average 5 pound processed birds which makes the average bird $17.50. When pre-ordering, please specify if you would like smaller or larger birds and we will try our best to meet your needs. Our chickens are packaged whole, in a shrink wrap bag that prevents freezer burn and has a guaranteed freshness for up to a year in a deep freezer. Pasture Raised Thanksgiving Turkeys

The weight of our processed birds can vary depending on if they are a Tom or Hen turkey. We find that our weights can vary between 17-28 pounds which would make the price range, per bird, $51-$84. Our turkeys are packaged fresh and whole, just in time for your Thanksgiving dinners! Eggs from Pastured Free Range Chickens

$3.00 per dozen

We let our laying hens free range through our yard, woods and pasture during the day time. At night they put themselves away in their coop, which helps protect them from predators. Because our chickens free range throughout the day, they consume many varieties of insects and plant matter along with their pelleted all natural chicken feed available in their coop. We keep a variety of laying hen breeds which gives us white, tan, brown, pink and green eggs. Our happy hens lay eggs very well Spring through Fall but slow down in the Winter season due to shortened daylight hours.
